Recommended Programming:

2×3 Minutes Moving in stance.

Make it more challenging:

Tie a string or rope around your ankles to prevent over stepping

Use an elastic band to prevent over stepping, but make sure you do not allow your ankles to be pulled too close

Use Ankle weights

Partner Drills:

Lead follow:  Have one person lead, while the other person follows. Try to keep arms distance from one another.

Foot Tag: Try to tag your partners foot as the try to tag yours by tapping the lead foot. Do a push up or burpee for every time you get tagged.
