Recommended Programming:

2×3 Serpentine bounce step through cones (any marker will do) Set the cones three strides apart. If working in a limited space practice one bounce step forward one bounce step back.

Make it more challenging:

Throw your favorite combo every 2-3 bounce steps.

Try bounce stepping sideways (see video)

Partner Drills:

Have a partner follow you back and forward or side to side. Throw a single strike every 2-3 bounces steps (you can also throw combinations)
