Check and return a kick on the same side

Check and push kick with the same leg

Partner Drills :

Check kicks on both sides from a partner

Check and return the kick on the same side

Check and return with a push kick on the same side

Check Game:  

Each person throws a single body kick back and forth, you may feint and use any leg, try to trick your partner. If a body kick lands that person has a burpee (or push up)
